$2.5M bond for Border Patrol agent in killings of 4 in Texas

A border patrol agent in Texas has confessed to killing 4 people. Authorities said all of his victims worked as prostitutes. Ortiz was arrested on Sept. 16 after he was found hiding in a truck in a hotel parking lot. He was jailed on Sept. 17 on $2.5 million bond in Texas.
