Biden to 'Transition' Away From Oil

As you saw, one of the big moments of the night came right at the end when Biden said he would transition away from oil. He says he wants to reduce pollution. Trump called it a big statement and told voters in oil-rich states like Pennsylvania, Ohio and Texas to take note. I talked to Jason Issac about the former vice president's comments.
