The Summer Fancy Food Show is North America's biggest event for food innovation. One big trend in 2019 is plant-based alternatives and People are really looking for a different source of protein said Ron Tanner, Vice President of Specialty Food Association. Such as protein from plants rather than animals. "We have other option for everyday Consumption that could be plant-based products replacing meats." The chicken is made by wheat and the beef is made by soy. Ron said that this year’s Summer Fancy Food show has about 180,000 products from around 2,600 exhibitors, where you can taste anything from your imagination from around the world.
