President Donald Trump said Wednesday the federal government is "absolutely ready" for Hurricane Michael, but he said it's "going to be a rough one."
The president made the remarks in the White House Roosevelt Room during a bill signing on prescription drug prices.
Trump warned that Michael could be one of the "biggest storms ever to hit our country." But he said state and local officials are prepared and he underscored that the "single top priority is the saving of life."
"Everybody that's going to be hit, we have covered. And I just say God bless everyone because this is going to be a rough one going to be a very dangerous one," Trump said.
