Lawmakers heckle Theresa May as she addresses cabinet resignations
British Prime Minister Theresa May have her first public reaction over the resignations of David Davis, former Brexit secretary, and Boris Johnson, former foreign secretary in parliament.
But mention of Johnson was met with heckling from some lawmakers, prompting the chamber to be called to order.
Davis and Johnson resigned within hours of each other and has thrown May's administration into crisis over its plans to steer the country out of the European Union.
May told parliament she, "wanted to recognise Davis for the work he did to steer through Parliament some of the most important legislations for generations."
Boris Johnson was a leading voice in the campaign to divorce the United Kingdom from the EU.
