A people’s tribunal, set up to examine claims that the Chinese state is killing prisoners of conscience for their organs, had its second round of public hearings over the weekend. The tribunal is chaired by Sir Geoffrey Nice [Pronounced like ICE.] who led the prosecution of war criminal Slobodan Milosevic of the former Yugoslavia.
