Brussels sprout 2 ways

1. Cut Brussels sprouts into half and make them clean. 2.Transfer into a pot with boiling salted water, and cook about 5 minutes. Drained well. 3.Meanwhile, in a large bowl, add cream cheese, milk, salt, pepper and nutmeg to taste. Whisk 4 eggs. Mixture well. Set aside. 4.On a breadboard, sprinkle some flour and put on pastry. Roll the surface to flat and tender. Place the pastry on a bowl and fold to fit the shape. 5.In the same bowl, add the cooked Brussels sprouts and pour the mixture sauce in. Transfer to the oven and bake at 370°F for 30 minutes. 6.Enjoy! 1:On a large rimmed baking sheet, toss (375°F) Brussels sprouts with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Cook until just tender, about 20 minutes. Let cool slightly. 2:In a medium skillet over medium heat, cook bacon until crispy, about 8 minutes. Then chop into squares. 3:In a large skillet over medium heat, melt butter. Add onion and cook until very soft, about 8 minutes. Stir in garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute. Add maple syrup, Balsamic Vinegar, and cayenne pepper, season with salt and pepper. Cook until mixture has reduced and onions become jammy, about remove from heat. 4:To assemble slider, top half of Brussels sprout with a piece of bacon. Place a piece of Mozzarella cheese on top then dollop a small amount of onion jam on top of Mozzarella cheese. Place a Brussels sprout half on top, cut side-down, and secure the sandwich with a toothpick. Repeat with remaining ingredients. 5:Enjoy!
