Zoo Employees Attempt to Free Ostrich From Ice

Concerned spectators at a zoo in Pittsburgh watched on, as a panicked ostrich became trapped in a frozen pond. The animal made repeated attempts to swim its way out of trouble, but without success. Thankfully, the zoo’s employees were at hand to brave the icy water and eventually set it free.
