For 1 Christmas tree A. BUTTER COOKIE Ingredients: - ⅛ cup (35g) sugar - ½ cup (105g) softened butter - 1 tbsp (10g) egg - ⅔ cup (100g) flour Directions: 1) Beat the sugar and the butter into cream texture 2) Add the egg 3) Sift the flour and add to just incorporate 4) Roll out 5) Refrigerate 1 hour 6) Cut the star shapes (5 star sizes, 2 of each) 7) Bake 20 min at 356°F/180°C 8) Cool down B. BUILD ON Ingredients: - gum paste - gold chocolate balls - hazelnut - golden flakes - white chocolate Directions: 9) Roll out the gum paste 10) Cut the star shapes 11) Paste the gum paste shapes on the cookie shapes 12) Paste the gold chocolate balls on the peaks on the stars with white chocolate 13) Put the stars on top of each other to build the tree, paste with white chocolate in between 14) Put a hazelnut on top covered with white chocolate 15) Put golden flakes
