Young Bobcat Growls at Conservation Officer During Release in Utah A young bobcat was released into the wild on November 23 after it was caught killing chickens in a Kanarraville chicken coop the previous day, the Utah Division of Wildlife Resources said. Officer Josh Carver told local media that the bobcat was trapped by the chicken coop owner on Thursday. Carver said he kept the cat overnight on Thanksgiving and fed it turkey before releasing it on Friday.
