Police trying to figure out who left house in middle of road

Police in Dover, Delaware, have an odd traffic problem. Someone left a house in the middle of Long Point Road. The scenario sounds so ridiculous, they had to post on their Facebook page, “Nope, this Is not a joke.” The road is closed until police can move the thing. In the meantime, anyone lose a house?
