The Turnstyle Underground Market in New York City is back in business—for the first time in seven months. It's getting help from its landlord, the Metropolitan Transportation Authority. Most of the businesses there are mom-and-pop shops. They've been devastated, but plan to make a comeback. NTD's Phil Zou reports.
