Discrimination Against People Living in Virus Epicenters

People in Hubei and Heilongjiang, the two epicenters of the pandemic in China, are experiencing discrimination on the job market. In Jiangsu province, a Human Resources staff member said that the company will not hire anyone from Hubei or Heilongjiang. In Heilongjiang, a resident revealed that the bad economy due to the pandemic has caused many people to wander the street and camp outside of the local job placement center.
